Tasks Improvements

24-Mar-2010 We've made 2 improvements with the way our tasks and reminder feature works. As you may be aware you can create tasks and reminders for records such as customers, orders, cases and so forth. With this enhancement you can now:

Create tasks and assign them to any user in the system
Download tasks in iCal format so they appear in the calendaring client of our choice, e.g. Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook
